I have no idea where you think you can find a "baller" place in Key West for $1200, unless you're talking about living in a shoe box. Most places here are atleast $1100, and that is for a super small one bedroom studio. Good luck!

@bim2x4 YO i live in key west. for 1,200 you can get a baller, possibly historic pad downtown where all the action is, roosters, cats, crazies. the whole deal. 1,200 a month in key west would get you a nice spot. get into an old house, not a condo.

MESS... This video is a mess. I've lived here in Key West my whole life along with my family for four generations, this lady is a CLASSIC clueless tourist, borderline shoobie!! It was entertaining to see how this is THE typical cliche zinc-on-your-nose vacationer that didn't do their research on Key West... The lady in #4 is basically a scam artist who works for commission and signing you up for attractions, there are hundreds that range from sweet to sketchy, but all the same, opportunists.

@bim2x4 yes basically, living in key west is similar to living in la, miami, or hawaii. about 1000$ to 3000$ for rent. but you would need to find a good job. but yes

How much is a one bedroom place in Key West?
I live in Los Angeles but I'm thinking about moving there.
Right now I'm paying $1,200.00 a month living in North LA.
Would I be able to afford a decent place in Key West for around that price?

She is right about The Crapes. That place is great!
As for tacos, hit up Amigo's tacos instead. The tacos there kick ass. It's across from Capt. Tony's and Cowboy Bill's Reloaded.
