@WindowsXV Looks like your download got corrupted. If it's the same after repeated downloads looks like you have a bad connection. you can order a trial DVD for a small fee.

I really need help- I follow the downloads from the official site and all I get is this little "Photoshop_12_LS1" file. When I click on it, it says it's uncompatible with my OS! Im running Windows 7 64 bit. I have searched for hours and have found NO ONE with the same problem.

@LoopMarine Maybe your browser is not configured properly to work with download managers etc. You might want to try with a different browser (Firefox instead of Internet Explorer or vice versa).
