The TGS800 also contains a enclosed feed paddle motor that powers the feed paddle mechanism with 12 volts of electric power that helps move the material inside the spreader. Another great feature is the Swing-Away Spinner Assembly that allows for quick removal of leftover materials.

i'm looking at buying the TGS800 for a small compact tractor doing sidewalks. Can it handle sand? I will fabricate a "drop curtain" to contain the salt in a 40" path

Have you spread sand with that. I am between this boss TGS800, and the western pro flo II. Do you have any feedback?
