Pleasant soft music, a calming voice, and generally good advice!
The only two things I would say is, meditation is not about posture or chanting, nor is it religious in nature. Meditation happens spontaneously, just by being in the moment. You can be doing, or not doing. Any moment in your life is a meditative opportunity. It often comes in the form of a transcendental daydream, although it also can come to you while you are simply reflecting. Meditation feeds the soul wisdom.
This is outstandingly good and instructive, however I didn't enjoy seeing you stutter the very moment you started actually talking about God and soon stopped.
The music could be a bit less dramatical/creepy as well.
Studies have proven that meditation is also useful against depression !
I have seen a friend change , in a real good way , thanks to meditation . It also helped me of course . What I want to say is : you don't have to become a master in meditation to experience its substantial effects . Just be open and try to meditate regularly , even if just a few minutes a day .
