Yes, please keep exposing these criminals that have authority over us. There are way to many of them and they are in all fields of our government. "Mistakes?" I don't think so. This was deliberate. This man was responsible for countless injustices, children lost to CPS by INNOCENT parents (e.g., Sherry Sherret, who was accused of murdering her baby boy, and lost her other child to Children's "Aid" because of Dr. Smith's bogus testimony). Dr. Smith said he'd "bet the house" that Sherry killed her baby. He should have and DID KNOW BETTER. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!!!

@xoblackout. No, incredible, but he is not. He is living in Victoria, BC with some woman who is getting millions of dollars in "research" funding to do CPS-type research. One of his victims was just released from prison. Her baby died a natural death, Smith said she murdered him, she also lost her other child to foster hell. Her name is Tammy Marquardt.

So...there are innocent people in jail..supporters of the current laws believe it does not happen, 'They were convicted by jury of their peers'...is what they ususlly say.

However for 12 years that guy would have been telling people he was innocent ...turns out he was right....am sure there are many more like him.

cps should be forced to turn over all their files & requests made for the "secret files" to law students.

where do you find declassified cps files online ? so many declassified or unclassified files out there these days but where are those of CPS ? Can't someone MAKE them surrender them or something?

Smith is living in Victoria, BC now, with a woman who is heavily involved, and massively paid, to do so-called child protection work, Dr. Bonnie Leadbeater.
