Hey, Can you please tell me how is the sound quality of this mp3 player?
Alix7861 1 month ago
@Alix7861 The quality is easily on par if not better (and more adjustable/tweakable, with Rockbox) than much more expensive MP3 players, such as an iPod touch. Its biggest weakness is in its lack of raw power (small device), although you won't need to worry about this for standard consumer-level headphones.

do the songs you put on the microSD card appear on the same list on the player or are the split? (for example: my creative player do not put the songs, i put on the micro SD card together with the songs i put on the internal memory.. which is quite anoying)
thx!

@Nebelwald It shows up in the same list, whether you use the official firmware or Rockbox.

Actually, one more question now that I read the specs. Does it come with a microSD already? or the default memory is internal? If so, I could just get a cheapo microSD card and use it for data only, while the internal memory is for music? :D Thanks !!

@PortaleMedia It comes with just internal memory, so you can just grab an SDHC card for plenty more space. You can put data and/or music on both the internal and external, and in a computer it will show up as two separate drives (provided you set the USB transfer mode to MSC).
