I don't think thease kids understand economics. Where is the money for this stuff supposed to come from? Do they think that the government has somekind of magical money tree that they can just grow money on and make everyone rich?

@madjimms Sounds like you expecting to live off of other people's taxes is greedy. Sorry if I don't like being forced to give my money away, when I barely make any in the first place. It's not like I am a millionaire lol, I make about 15k a year. So don't bitch to me about being greedy. At least I can take care of myself with that much money instead of bitcing to the Union about not making enough.

@UberDeathTurtle Lets see, if a left winged society you would have free schools, free hospitals, free police, free libraries, social security (which btw EVERYONE will use at some point) etc.

All this comes down to is that it is cheaper for most people to pay tax then to pay for a bunch of insurences.

Oh and yes, even though you dont need them, I thought most humans had a little something called emphati.

@gulbirk I understand the services, but I hardly use any of them. Is that fair for me to pay full taxes to use just a few of the services? I don't think it is. Maybe people like you who agree with that can pay all the taxes you want, but I will vote who gets me to pay the least amount. I pay already for the roads in toll booths, which is around 6-8 dollars a day. My kids don't go to public education. I have never called the cops or fire dept. The post office doesn't take tax dollars.

You clearly need to understand that the services that comes in return is what matters.

@gulbirk No, stealing is taking something from you without your permission. Sometimes those services aren't fair trade. Why should someone with no kids pay more taxes than someone with kids? Let's say I stole a 1000 dollar car, but I replaced it with a 1000 dollar bicycle. Would that be stealing?
