This is another testimony to the stupidity of we Americans - when you vote with anger and not with intelligence you end up with a tyrant who sees the constitution as a enemy to push aside. What scares me is the 30% of Americans who still thinks he is right. Now John McCain war forever. Get out to the streets this summer take our contry back in peacefull protest.

Finally Olberman is saying it- the lawsuits filed against the telecoms don't concern the administration because of potential financial damage to the companies themselves. It's because the suits will do what the Democratic Congress has failed to do: initiate discovery proceedings against the actions of the administration with regard to impeachable offenses.
