First of all this is Canadian army (makes you all shut up with France). Secondly, such things can happen with any army. Remember US army planes bombing British troops in Iraq? Quite a horrible mistake but guess what, the pilots were sitting in high technology planes so how did they fail? Should i be stupid like all of you and say "it's normal they're fucking americans who cant make the difference between iraqi tanks and british" or just be logical and say "this could happen to everyone".
