@naturefreedom Normally I quantize the kick and the snare, but in this particular video / beat, I didn't quantize the kick drum :) Hihats and percussions are not quantized.

Are you using a digital source for your samples. I usually use my records or try to get snippets from digital sources like itunes ( pirate lol) and I can't get them clear like that. Haven't figured out all my Logic plugins yet. The beat is fire!!
