Karadi Tales TV series on Disney channel India

Karadi Tales is on the Disney channel (India) from Monday to Friday at 9.30 am (IST). The show will combine stylised animation to bring alive Indian tales and feature some of Indias finest theatrical talent such as Naseeruddin Shah, Girish Karnad, Saeed Jaffrey and other celebrated artists as voice cast, coupled with a rich background score created by 3 Brothers & A Violin.

The animated characters and backgrounds are uniquely stylised along the lines of the Indian mask-making tradition, which gives the series a distinct look and feel that is sophisticated and very Indian. The live sequences are filled with humour and light-hearted discussions between characters and the frequent cuts between the two sequences are designed to keep visual attention throughout the show.
