This is not bad at all, but how is it a cover of the ? song? Neither the lyrics or music are remotely similar.
The only thing the two have in common is the title. As this is an original Rev/Vega piece, they should have called it something different.

I was always confused by this since, aside from a very, very passingly similar organ riff, it sounds nothing like the original, and I've heard recordings of them doing 96 Tears that 1. sound nothing like this and 2. sound a lot more like the original. Today, I figured it out:
CD's labeled wrong. This is "Radiation" from their second album!
