We used it on a long vacation from Italy last winter. Maps works; most hotels are accurately described except for big metropolitan uppeer claass hotels in NY, LA, Phoenix and Ft. Lauderdale. We got serious discounts and perks on the published rates.of a double by calling direct . The old telephone, making voice contact with the reservations desk did it each time. Maps and voice go hand in hand.
