Nancy Sandra Sinatra (born June 8, 1940) is an American singer and actress. She is the daughter of singer/actor Frank Sinatra, and remains best known for her 1966 signature hit "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'". Other defining recordings include "Sugar Town", the 1967 number one "Somethin' Stupid" (a duet with her father), the title song from the James Bond film You Only Live Twice, several collaborations with Lee Hazlewood, and her cover of Cher's "Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)" (lyrics and music by Sonny Bono), which features during the opening sequence of Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill.-wiki

  • Best lyrics in a Bond theme - listen : )

  • @MrsGaaraturtle Congratulations!!!... you are timeless, like we are, I also love this kind of music... ((^.^))

  • I love this song and I'm 13!!!!!:) -3

  • Ah yes, the late, great year of 1967. Uncle Sam was drafting about 50K a month--I was one

    of those poor souls.

  • Great song from the 60's complementing the effects of a perfect act by legendary Bond....that is James Bond.

  • There are two versions of this song: one from the movie soundtrack and this one from the 1967 Reprise single with "Jackson". This one uses an electric guitar that begins when Nancy starts singing. The soundtrack uses a different instrument - some kind of keyboard maybe? I like the guitar in this one but I think Nancy's voice is crisper in the soundtrack.

  • I wonder how many times her voice had to be overdubbed to achieve this sound.

  • Finally I found my favorite version. Thanks for posting!

  • THANKS A HEAP for this !!! this 'the single' version is tops. what lyrics, production..i could go on and on. nothing beats this song

  • My favorite version of probably my favorite song of all time. Thank you so much for posting it. Long live 1967.
