George Bryan "Beau" Brummell (1778-1840) was a fastidious dresser who popularized the "Dandy" look. He is often credited as the father of the modern-day suit. According to The Times Online, he is "the most important figure in British fashion history."
He was once quoted as saying, "I have no talents other than to dress; my genius is in the wearing of clothes."

pour l ' "Arbiter" ..( Mais l'on ne dit pas "Arbiter Elegantiarum" ? ) :selon moi il s'agit d'une clip qui peut etre utilisée pour deux chansons des(INIMITABLES)
Kinks,c'est à dire "Dedicated Follower of Fashion" - un tipo fanaticamente dedito a seguire la moda - et "Dandy" .La musique , c'est quand meme très ironique , telle que toutes les "lyrics" de Ray Davies et le "Dandysme" dont tu parle c'est la meme chose du "Kinksisme" vale a dire la stravaganza .Ciao dal Colonnello Olrik
