@scat4u last I checked the bass is a background instrument and the primary role of a bassist is to groove in the background alongside the beat and nobody grooves like marcus miller period!! which is why I say he's the michael jordan of bass players

@cragenthious2007 Well in this video he's using his signature model Fender Jazz. I've played one before and I swear it's the got best tone in the world if you put it through just about any amp.

@masteroftheobvious86 i didnt ask what talent he's using so i can buy it, i have my own talent. i asked about equipment!!! also, it is something i can buy as alexkalicinski has told me with a helpful comment. so in reply to your answer theres no such thing as a "years of being awesome" bass. next time just answer instead of wasting my time
