I don't understand why people are calling this bill a "13 month extension." After 99 weeks of unemployment on EUC, I'm sorry to say you're done. If it was truly an extension it would go beyond 99 weeks like 120 weeks etc. This bill just makes you eligible to go to the next tier of unemployment if you haven't exhausted all your tiers. I hope I'm wrong, somebody please correct me if I am.

@L22063 S6556 is simply 14 weeks added to tier l. So ANYONE that has exhausted tier one would get a retroactive check for 14 weeks. ANYONE is tier 1 instead of 20 weeks, they would get 24 weeks. I hope I answered your question. :)
