Something came up in ma head as well that, this isn't called "Kabati" it is called "Digubi" I think.

Am sure this is type of Kabati, a traditional Kaguru dance from Gairo area, Morogoro, Tanzania. I am a very proud Kaguru man maself and thanks to Voicefromthenations for posting this video in here,,Thanks.
