Me too! I feel the shivers that is. Thank you for posting and sharing the beautiful music! This plays during the helicopter life-flight in Babel, the scene which opens with the guy refusing to take Brad Pitt's money while they're loading Cate Blanchett on the helicopter. To me, the music sounds like "mercy" would sound - if mercy had a sound. Like the old woman offering the pipe, no questions, no prejudice, no judgement, just whatever she can do to ease another's pain.
