Hi! Thank you so much!:) I took the challenge, and haven't used any makeup for two weeks now, and i feel great! All the chemicals in most commercial brands do you no favor at all! So now I've taken this challenge to a new level: making my own skin- and bodycare (just from simple stuff you find in your kitchen). My next challenge is the no shampoo-challenge (starting tonight)! I've also eliminated all chemicals in my house cleaning products by making my own, and they're equally effective:)

I agree 100% thing is, sumetimes wen i'm bored I just put sum on cuz it's fun, lol. I do love my face without it tho, &4 the first time a few days ago, I looked into the mirror &said wait a min, I look rly gud, so I jus went2 skool, which is not sum I ever did b4, as far as school goes. I've gone out w/ out it b4, but never2 school. Tht was my first time in a long time. I <3 ur vid. :D

You are sooo inspiring! I honestly wish more youtube beauty gurus would encourage girls to love themselves naturally. I used to wear full coverage foundation and I'm only 15 years old! I realized how fake I looked especially since watching your videos. Now I only wear Mac Mineralized Skin Finish Natural on my face and a tiny bit of concealer under the eyes & on small blemishes. i feel so natural & I'm going to slowly minimize my makeup a lot more! I was a girl who wore makeup every day. I told myself that I was confident in my own skin, yet every morning I would drag myself out of bed to cover up my "flaws". This past school year, I started wearing less and less makeup, but I always wore foundation and concealer to cover up my acne and scarring. Over the summer I did away with that and now all I wear is concealer under my eyes and occasionally eyeliner. It IS so liberating. I would definitely appreciate more no makeup challenge videos! I

I think I should start doing this... I'm 14 and I wear mascara everyday because it really makes my eyes stand out. (they're blue with blond lashes, so putting black on makes a huge difference) I already have low self confidence and I don't want to be the kind of girl who looks super made up or relies on makeup too much, since I'm all about being natrual and stuff. I'm guessing what she's trying to say is : makeup is something women (and men) wear to make them feel beautiful and flawless and perfect. It is also somethiing we see in the media everyday. All those models with their perfect skin and size 0 figure. Now when we see this, we feel inferior to those plastic figures. But perfection is only an illusion and is far from american reality. oh I would do this if only my skin wasn't that...bad :D ok, it's not actually THAT bad..but I just feel that foundation is something I really have to use...the rest is just something additional...so I could leave a house only with my foundation on...but would never ever leave the house without it :D and yes, I know what I'm doing wrong, I go too late to bed, I am stressed because of doing two masters at the time and I don't take that much care of my skin..only once in a while, not regularly..
