Long time Townes fan, just found this and love it. It needed to grow on me, but as the song went on I found myself liking it more and more. Well done

No. Townes is simply better. I love everyting that Dax ever did but Townes is not of this world. No comparison.

Ha ha theres no question as musician this is by far better you may like the original better cause itsmore of your taste but musically this is put together way better and i dont care who you are you have to notice the major up grade in the voice singing on this version

Not even close. I dont blame anyone for wanting to cover Townes, but nobody can hold a flame to him. Its great to pay tribute, but you will never touch that level.
