Elbow Roll (tips)

Hi Fellow Hoopers, I'm still learning like a lot of you and practicing. The elbow roll is a fun trick. I thought I'd like pass on some tips (humble offerings) for anyone that would like to try. Hope this helps!

Hi! Thanks so much for this tutorial; it really helped me get rolling! I can pass it in front now, but it still flies off when I try to pass in back-- any tips for timing that transition?
