He was "throw away" from a friend. I don't keep him in a cage and they did, I guess. so three days after he moved in he tried to be with me, and we were good friends after. I have another that still hasn't bonded with me in 5 years, so I guess it's just luck when they bond.
I don't force it, I get better luck with birds when I let them pick me. I love the birds that don't but if I'm not their favorite it's good too. I let them do what they do best and sometimes it works! Keep trying!

The bird is very pale yellow, and extremely pale bluish green. Like a pastel bird I suppose.
