did u flesh it before you put the salt on ? and after you put salt on do you have to roll the hide up?

this is going to sound wierd but urine is a good way to get the fat and shit off of the skin. the acid in the urine is like a release agent and it burns the fat but not the skin. you may want to keep it on the hide for a couple of hours for the best results
