The wonderfully atmospheric b-side to the band's first post Marsh/Ware single "Boys & Girls".

  • I have wanted to hear this for almost 20 years! Thanks for posting.

Tom Baker remains the definitive Doctor Who.

  • Philip Adrain Wright. What a sound you made... God bless you. They League never knew what they had in you. Oakey was so wrapped up in the girls he missed the point.

P.S. Thanks for those immaculate slides and the best 7"/12"/E.P. and album artwork from that whole period. Truly ground-breaking art!

  • BEST DOCTOR EVER...IMHO!!(: I love me some HL aswell.

  • @mabakiel666 I heard this tune at my first Dr Who convention Cybercon in Manchester, and it was the event to celebrate twenty years since the Cybermen first appeared in Dr Who as enemies for Dr Who to fight against. The clips that were shown were ace, in billions of ways and the event was fun in billions of ways too.

  • Almost sounds a bit TG-ish. Awesome track

  • What a great album...I will buy this and enjoy it .

  • @mabakiel666 Totally disagree with you. Colin Baker was an excellent actor who hammed it up as the Doctor and wore an absurd costume because that's what the producers forced him to do. Considering that, he played the part with as much dignity as could possibly be mustered.

  • @djbethell Yup!! your right...also why half the band left.... Phil had no idea what he had...

  • Great track, love early Human League (MK1)

  • I heard this particular track at my very first, Dr Who convention which was called Cybercon in Manchester in 1986. I liked the way this track was used to accompony clips of cybermen which were shown from the existing cyberstories and this track was really quite eerie in sound. I am pleased to hear it again, I liked the way this track was used to show the clips of Cybermen and it was good fun in every way.

  • I LOVE HUMAN LEAGUE!!!

  • I remember listening to to this in my room when i was 11. You could trip to this track it sounds like a track from Vangelis Heaven and Hell
