In Jaipur, Dussehra festival is celebrated by burning giant size effigy of demon king Ravan at night at various public places. Dussehra Fair is one of the largest fairs in Jaipur and hence a big attraction for tourists. An auspicious rally of Lord Shri Ram is processed on the same day at evening time. The rally starts from nearby Temple and ends at Dussehra Fair place. The rally has many tableaus and tableaux related to life of Lord Shri Ram. When the rally reached to the Dussehra Fair place, the giant size effigy of Ravan is burned with fire, crackers and fireworks.
