@MrYerbaMate1 Yes, they are, but metal a perhaps a strong word for it, its more tin can "metal".

You can fire the flash manually on the B setting, but you have no way to control speed and aperture because they are fixed.

hello! i dont know if i should get diana f+ or la sardina... i lov the design of this sardina czar and its simplicity. but one question, can you shoot the flash manually? on B mode, manual flash fire can be very interesting
