Why would I buy a puzzle to just "read the directions"? A puzzle is for solving on your own, otherwise why waste the money? Maybe you didn't see the countless videos I've made solving these things. Hanayama puzzles don't come with solutions and I solve them just fine (mostly, I've got some unsolved ones).
