ere's a demo of my 60's Alamo Paragon Special amplifier. 5U4 rectifier, 2x6L6's. Bassman style control panel through a closed back 1x15 combo. 30 to 35 watts and great grind. Super solid badass tone machine from Texas in the 60's. SG, Blue Fuzzface, Fender tube reverb , Alamo. Enjoy. It's for sale so drop me a line if you're interested. J.Soda

  • are you using some type of delay? How much of this video is actual amp? What alamo amp is this?

  • I had a Fender tube reverb in line and a fuzz face at one point. Not sure of the actual model of the amp.

  • Paragon Special is the model

  • is this amp for sale?

  • badass tone. need to turn the 'verb off, though.

  • I've got a Paragon Special head and cab.

Sounds cool, but doesn have a lot of clean headroom.

I actually like it for recording bass.

I put a solid state rectifier in mine. it made it a lot louder and improved the sound IMO.
