This is Patchouli's theme in jazz. Nice piano arrangement, and it's very soothing too; kinda makes you think of a lounge. And hurray for glasses Patchouli ヽ(￣▽￣)ノ

The song is almost certainly not in the database at jv44, and it's also not by SWING HOLIC (the only group I know of that does jazz remakes and isn't in that database). How did you come across this song? It's almost like it doesn't exist outside of this video.

Someone uploaded a collection of unsorted Touhou jazz songs a long time ago (forgot where I got it, though) and this song was one of them. You'e right, though; I couldn't find any info regarding the artist who did this arrange.
