Not really, Coby is a male with pink hair and is doing great. He seems to have the respect from his fellow marines he's assigned with... that may have to do with that Garp the Fist chose to personally train Coby though.

I dont understand japanese but I understand their personalities. Here is what I think they are basically saying:

Smoker:I want to go after strawhat luffy.

Hina:No Hina will cautch luffy. You need to stay here. Hina will cautch Luffy

Smoker:Well I guess we should flip a coin.

Hina:No Hina wants to fight for the right. Whoever is stronger will have the right to cautch strawhat.
