I'm in the process of a research paper comparing certain morals in music. This song has horrible morals. While songs from the 40s (Such as "I'll Walk Alone" and "Don't Sit Under the Apple Tree") encourage being true to your loved one who is at war, this song encourages infidelity. I don't blame anyone for enjoying the melody and rhythm of this song, but I cannot understand anyone who would agree with the morals portrayed in the lyrics.
