Lenny Rosado, the father of 11-year-old Leandra Rosado, who was killed in a drunk-driving incident on Oct. 11, calls on the state to adopt harsher penalties for drunk drivers. The event took place on Oct. 29 at the Fulton Houses in Chelsea, where a recently installed garden was dedicated in Leandra's name.
I support this Leandra Law, and it is unfortunate some innocent child had to die 4 this 2 b Legislated! I proposed the concept of breathalyzers in ALL motor vehicles a long time ago, Equally, so that NO ONE could start the ignition unless sober. It did not go over 2 well.
