  • @TheKlaj1992 No problem it's healed itself and thank you for watching :D

  • Hi, thanks for sharing your story and glad it's back to normal!

I fractured my wrist 3 wks ago in a climbing accident and they said I stretched the ulnar nerve - I had surgery to fix the bone with a metal plate and decompress the nerves. My hand function has improved a bit already but can't move my fingers side to side or straighten them fully.

How did you 'reactivate' the hand muscles that were not working? How long did it take to notice some improvement?

    Thanks!!!

  • @dhunt217 No problemo:D and thanks.

I'm sorry to here, that's exactly what I did, and the physio therapist just made me do hand excersices, touching each finger with thumb (which at first was 2 fingers but gradually became all 4) It took me about 10 months and then in about 1 month everything healed it was amazing. I couldn't move my thumb and I had clawing but about the 11 month mark it just all started to work again. But try to move you fingers and test the muscles reguarly.

  • @dhunt217 just don't overdo it! :)

    Thanks

  • glad your better. I had a similar issue. how long did it take to fully heal
