Presentation of the Salon of Culinary Art 2008. The Salon of Culinary Art, organized by the Société Culinaire Philanthropique, is presented each year in November during the International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York. The Salon welcomes participants from around the world, professionals, students and amateurs alike, who showcase their skills using traditional and modern techniques to present current trends in the culinary world.
