@mckittensification I wondered the same thing. BA/S degrees in psychology aren't meant to get you a job (neither are most MA/S). They're meant to prepare you for grad school. Most states require a PhD or equivalent just to practice therapy, not to mention those going into research/neuroscience. Anyone with a BA/S in I/O psych, educational psych, or even general psych is SOL in the job market until they complete multiple advanced degrees if they want to stay in the field. These stats are fuzzy.

Nope, plan B for artists is graphic design. Interesting - The various Psychologys are Master's lvl subfields (or PhDs?) . Pharmacists need a Master's. It would be nice if they said which were BA/S's and which were MA/S's

Wow. If you look at the Swedish rates of unemployment rates you find that there is 30-60 percent unemployment rate in most field of social science and humanities. In Sweden education is not a valuable skill finding a job. The good way of getting a job i to study something that is actually needed like law, education, nursing, medicine and maybe also engineering. The rest is just a waste of time.
I had a teacher who, when class got rowdy, would say: "I'm not in this for the money. Shut the fuck up and let me teach you."
He was everyone's favorite teacher. Oh, Physics...
