The lounge has a gas fireplace, TV entertainment center with full surround sound, as well as a large bay window with amazing views! This unique home also features tall ceilings and an open floor plan that allows guests to feel more at home. You'll enjoy the soothing sounds of the pond on the large deck, while watching the family swim in the water. This is truly a vacation home that you will want to return to in the future!
This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, walk in closet, gas fireplace and private deck. The bedroom in the loft has a full size bed and a set of twin bunk beds. Another bedroom has a queen size bed. The additional bedroom consists of a set of bunks (twin on top and full on bottom) as well as a loveseat, and has a private deck overlooking Silver Lake. Additional sleeping is available on the queen size sofa sleeper in the livingroom. All of the bathrooms are full size and completely furnished with linens! The kitchen is completely stocked an includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and other kitchen amenities. There's a separate laundry area with a full washer and dryer.
The livingroom has a gas fireplace and large picture windows. Gas grill on the deck with deck furniture, a great landscaped yard with a firepit and a private dock for your boat! For a small additional rental fee an 18' pontoon is available for your enjoyment.
What about the Beach? There is a nice, sandy play area between the lawn and the shoreline. Depending on the present water level, the water is very shallow at the moment...the water depth is about thigh high on an average adult at the end of our dock. The lake bottom gets soft and mucky beyond. We and our guests like to take a boat (or our pontoon) to one of several islands in the lake to play and swim
