In Uganda questions remain over whether a fire that destroyed a World Heritage Site near the capital, Kampala, was deliberate.

The blaze at the royal tombs of the Buganda kingdom has increased tension between Uganda's president and the influential Baganda tribe.

Al Jazeera's Andrew Simmons reports from Kampala.
