Rootie!

our PET RACCOON who showed up wild with a 3 legged boo boo many years ago. over the years she has also gone blind. her name is rootie and she lives in a tree right outside our home. on a good day she'll even sit in my lap! she doesnt let others near her, we use sound language. if i knock on the ground, she comes running up to me. she knows the 'you are safe' knock. she also trusts my boyfriend and lets him touch her too. and she is very nice to our cats.
