  • America used to be a great nation, but things have changed. It seems they are born to kill and bomb other nations. If all the all the bombs dropped in Iraq, were in America and those killed were all Americans, would any of the Americans cheer up? It is a pity they fail to listen to the wise. How did 9/11 occur to a country with a boasting military? Americans are horribly brainwashed by the media who dictate how people should think.

  • Who boos the Golden Rule?!

  • "Christians" in south Carolina just booed the words of Christ. It's pretty sad to see how degenerate this society is.

  • I don't give a fuck as to whether or not you are a Christian denomination or atheist. He has a point and so did Christ Jesus. If you don't want someone to kill you or do wrong to you don't do anything wrong to them. If a President would have said that and Jesus would not have would you have booed Ron Paul then? No you wouldn't have. Grow up you don't need to be pussies when it comes to Bible references. We Christians take all the shit you atheists give us. Focus on the words not who said them.

  • We're screwed.

  • disgusting..no wonder newt gingrich won this state. I did take a seminar with Gingrich though and he is an awesome professor and I've never been challenged to think as critically in any class but I would never vote for him. However, he is a very skilled campaigner and knows exactly how political cycles work.

  • I told my little brother who is 11 about the audience booing Ron Paul for mentioning the Golden Rule and his reaction was "WTF...?!"

  • The booing is a direct result of sudden and palpable cognitive dissonance when the truth is pointed out by Dr.Paul. This idea that the golden rule applies to the guy across the street but not to people 8,000 miles away is absolute hypocrisy. Jesus must be ashamed. There is no defense that justifies our current foreign policy from a Christian perspective when held to the standard of the Golden Rule.

  • I agree with so much of what he say, BUT, and there is a huge BUT, that really doesn't mean much. These policies were years in the making, and it is extremely unlikely that they will be changed any time soon. No president, no matter how motivated, or well meaning, will be able to initiate any drastic changes. We are a country run by fear, the only drastic changes are motivated by that (think 9/11 and the patriot act), and, on the whole, change is far more frightening than the evil that we know.

  • honestly fuck the people who booed when he said golden rule, it makes sense you dumbshits.

  • Your Republican Party, ladies and gentlemen...
