@01liquidfires Well, it doesn't HAVE to be cold. It's just that the cool sweetness of the noodles gives way to the hot sesame flavor after a few seconds. Some people like the contrast. Try heating them up and see what you prefer...or have them cold one time and then hot the next for some variety. Thanks for watching, and for asking!
