@StopMotionsolo The lawyer had no claim on the bank. Best he could do is place a lien on the bank and then try to perfect that lien in the courts. I hope the courts saw this motion as total BS. You should pay you bills - dah.

@MrJohngalt2011 This family got lucky because they knew their stuff. I can't say that for all homeowners. Maybe you should read some OWS info and learn what's really up.

@MrJohngalt2011 (last post cont'd) They never paid the fees the court had ordered of them. So the family, which happened to have a lawyer in the husband, went to foreclose on the bank after a counter suit. The court allowed them to, and any furniture inside the bank, which was not attached to the floor was removed.

@MrJohngalt2011 you really should read up on the facts before you say this stuff. There was recently a news story in the Mainstream media about a family that was illegally foreclosed upon. The family took it to court and the judge ruled in their favor, because the family had legally owned the home by that point. Bank of America (I believe it was) was ordered to pay the legal fees.

@MrJohngalt2011 so you honestly think businesses havent broken laws if they havent gone to court. wow. what about people who smoke weed and dont get caught? they must not be breaking a law because they dont end up in court.

@chumleechumlee If business break the law then we have a recourse - the courts.

@chumleechumlee You advocate your parental responsibility to the state and then when it is done poorly you complain. Education of your childern is your responsibility. You are a bad parent if at 18 the child can not take care of him/herself to include very simple items like personal finance. It is called personal accountability.
