So...this level has my vote for the hardest level of the robot masters. Any thoughts?

Late response is late but, you save more time by hopping on the magnets. You could get the timing you want much easier that way rather than spinning around and waiting for a better time to jump on the next magnet.

partyman was always my favourite megaman character, tornadomans music is good but partymans stage was way more fit to the music
