my family migrated from amritsar indain punjab. There is a certain misconception that all the mohajirs are urdu speaking. the majority of the mohajirs are from east punjab which is roughly 90% of all the mohajirs but they don’t claim to be mohajirs, only some karachities call them as mohajirs. secondly, what punjabies have sacrifies for this partision is beyond imagination the punjabies have not only sacrifies there land but also there water resources and many more.
