Ok in the story her name is....
Emma Jonas: A 7 year old that gets adopted by their father. [as you know he's a meanie:P] Nick and Emma becomes really close but he doesn't understand why. Joe likes Emma because she's as funny as he is. Kevin likes her because she gives him 'love' advice for Taylor, and it's pretty good. Get's him a few kisses from Taylor! PShaawwww Kevin. She LOVES the batting cages and ice cold water. Idk why i put ice cold water but it's kind of funny. Lol.

Nick is still being abused by his dad and he's starting to enjoy it as you saw in episode 11. Emma and Nick are all alone with their dad and Nick doesn't think that his dad will hurt him since Emma is here. But he's dead wrong.

Emma: NICK with a TICK let's watch some movies! (jumps around excited)
Nick: No thanks kiddoh. (messes with her hair and smiles)
Jb's Dad: (holding a beer bottle,looks at nick) Did you clean my room.
Nick: (lies) Yeah don't worry dad. (gulps)
Emma: Daddy we should go to the batting cages! Please? (does the puppy dog face)
Nick: (turns pale as he watches his dad get close to Emma)
JB's Dad: (makes a sharp turn and he slaps Nick across the face)
Nick: (turns his head to the right and his hair goes into his face and he holds his cheek it's a bright red and he rubs it)
Emma: Nick are you ok? Daddy that really wasn't nice. (innocent, doesn't know what's going on)
JB's Dad: (goes into a frezy) Nick you frickn killed her! I want you to go to hell and die! And I'm going to send you there! (hits him in the stomach) (grabs him from his hair and makes his head hit the table causing Nick to get really dizzy)
Emma: DADDY STOP! (begging him to stop)
Nick: Dad not in front of Emma... (screaming in pain, and is beginning to loose cautiousness)
JB's Dad: (throws him to the floor and keeps kicking Nick in the stomach) Ready to die kid?!?!? (grabs a chair and throws it and Nick) You still alive?!
Nick: (mumbling) Tell Demi I love her... (when he said that it was barely a whisper)
JB's Dad: AAAHHHH!!!! (he really wants to kill Nick) YOU'VE CAUSED MY LIFE SO MUCH MISERY! AND IT'S YOUR TIME TO DIE! (runs upstairs and comes back with a lighted metal torch) I want you to feel the pain i'm going through I want you to scream!!!
Nick: No anything anything but that just kill me now! (looking around for Emma)
JB's Dad: (the torch is so close to Nick's skin that Nick could feel the heat)
Emma: Don't hurt my brother!!! (jumps on JB's dad)
