I remember they sacked him at half time vs getafe, cost me 600 and change in euro, i had all 5 teams to win there groups and got 4 and spurs lost, i was sick, it was a bit harsh sacking someone at half time

I loved the man and can't wait for Spurs to play Fulham and see the great applause he recieves from his old fans.
He might have no hair and I really don't care because I love Martin jol and Martin Jol loves me.
Can't wait for him to come back when our Uncle 'Arry takes the England job.

I think Martin Jol did a very good job for the Spurs. Before he came, I always stood up for Manchester United. The moment Jol woke up "the sleeping giant" (citing the Dutch media) I began to like the team. Players like Robinson, Keane and King made me love the football on White Hart Lane.
I think there are much more Jol-fans than the three you mentioned. At least you can thank Jol for the prosperity he brought to White Hart Lane.

excuse me, I have met Martin Jol, at the bakery section in Sainsburys. He paid for my cherry bakewell tart. He is fat.
