you dont have rights and freedoms you have privlages. if you have a large group and a number of them are lighting cars on fire and looting stores and smashing windows then it doesnt matter if you were being piecful or not the cops are gonna take action for there saftey if you dont like it stay in your house and omg a cop asked to see your ID casuse you were in an area where they had to check peoples ID's stop being a baby

god damn protesters shouldnt have been there in the first place what was the point. its not like the politic leaders would have cared that you people were protesting they had other things on the agenda and if you guys never had bothered to protest in the first place we would have never had to spend as much money on the g20 summent. The police had a job and it was to protect the leaders. they had all reasons to check ID with all those leaders in one place made it a prime target for terrorism
