  • bro lose the belt and the straps. drop the weight and work on form.. bend your knees more and lift with your legs. straigthen your back too because you're putting a lot of strain on it right now. push your chest out, shoulders back. deadlift should feel very much like a half squat. once you get the form right 315 will be easy for you.

  • @SolarAB thanks for the constructive critisism bro it wasnt until after we made the vid and put it up that we realized we needed to use more legs on the lift but thanks for the comment man we appriciate it

  • SolarAB is correct lose all the assistance gear and work on form. Doubleg35 is wrong if you keep the belt, your core will never get properly worked, thus creating a weak point at the top of the movement when you need core strength to get upright. Personally I like to deadlift barefoot sometimes because you can really feel when your form is off and it also ensures you dig in with your heels and not your toes. Good luck.

  • wow man stfu with your yelling lol.. im 16 and I do 405x1 and 315x8 and i dont yell like this and I dont wear straps or belt.... and look at that little rounded back lmao .. do 275 or 300 but in good form

  • ur form is EXACTLY like mine. except i only got 1 rep.

  • wrong form bro. BUT just do it right next time no biggie. Also lose the wraps. Don't lose the belt until you know how to deadlift with technique. Belts make you weak.
