Man did she slaughter the song. Job not well done.

Kenyan Barack was thinking "well, the US isn't MY country, therefore I don't have to SALUTE it, and these suckers will still elect me. Simple"

take your IGNORANCE elsewhere. even Bob Parks here knows of Obama's bogus papers. talk to somebody of your own ignorant ilk to make you feel better

@Link6746 This country used to be great because people put in the effort to make it great. Now people think it's great no matter what, and don't care. They have been fed such jingoistic garbage that they readily accepted a warrentless wiretapping law, and elected the same moronic president twice. If Obama is repeating bush's policies it's because he knows people don't care enough to expect what he promised. This isn't something that happens due to race (unlike birther arguements suggest).
-
@SGTHartsock2 Take your birther nonsense elsewhere. There are a lot of reasons one might do things like that- For instance, he could, like me, respect what this country used to be and realize it has changed so much in so many negative ways that it isn't even really the United States anymore.
That there even IS a law for this.... means that it's there because it has to be. It wouldn't have to be there as a law if the U.S. still was a respectable country to even those inside of it.

the singing is fucking terrible

This is so sad. People need to respect. Even if I were to travel outside America I will respect that country flag and song, regardles.
-
The flag code is NOT law. They are a set of standard guidelines. Also, the founders of the USA opposed oaths and forced declarations of loyalty or patriotism. There are many religions also that forbid honoring anything other than God.

I didnt know that Rosanne Bar sang.

I guess the award-winning school system I attended failed me, because I was not taught to place my right hand over my heart during the National Athem (only during the Pledge). Guess what? Most American were not taught to do it either. Is it a post-911 change to assume such position during both the National Anthem and Pledge?
P.S. Your divisive antics against Obama will not work!

Well, I was taught to respect the flag and anthem. I guess we went to school during different times.
And as my divisive tactics won't work, then you should at least respect my right of dissent. I'm sure you know that word.
