mouth cancer radiation therapy - CLINAC - clinical linear accelerator

my friend, a 40 years old man, is undergoing radiation therapy for mouth cancer that was caused by smoking tobacco.
this video shows the CLINAC in operation, irradiating the patient's mouth / neck area.

ps: the video quality is a little low, as i recorded this video in 320x200 resolution to have 30 frames per second... instead of just 20 frames per second in higher resolution. i hoped to get more visible CCD flashes / high-energy photon strikes like that.

What's the agility of the linear accelerator , leaf position to fit the tumor that it's targeting . I been looking at teletherapy, radiation therapies from Elekta and it's software
